Okay ladies of color, we know that going natural is a part of our healthy regimen to maintain ultimum health. What goes into our body whether we eat it, breathe it or absorb it can be toxic to our bodies and after time passes, causes medical conditions and sometimes deadly. I dearly loved my relaxer’s getting them every two to two & a half months and later getting weaves just because it was quite trendy. After thinking much about it & reading heart reaching articles about Black women and their hair, I have now been natural 13 months without sewn in hair weaves. I have been without a relaxer for 5 years. Try it!
Time for our people to began coming together to do co-op farming to organically grow vegetables and fruit. Here is a resource. I like growing cilantro, thyme and other herbs.
